Chic Soul Music is back! After a year of being on a hiatus, regrouping and restoring their creativity, this forward thinking label is officially ready to pick back up right from where they left off, but on an even greater scale. Singer, songwriter and label owner Sheree Hicks has collaborated with her go to guy, DJ and producer, Sean Ali of Chicago who has teamed up with South Africa's own, George Lesley. The trio have come together to start the year right as it relates to CSM!
The song titled, "Hush," is thought provoking in its lyrical content and the sultry production provided by Sean and George will pull you right on to the dance floor. Being that Sheree Hicks is all about creating great vibes and magnetic energy, she added another special touch and flavor to the tune, calling on one of the best crooning vocalist on the soulful house and R&B scene, El Boogie of Chicago, now making major moves in California. Together, they always give you something pleasing to your ear. This first release on CSM for 2020 will give you soul stirring vocals, engaging lyrics, masterful production and an overall look and quality of sound that is unmatched. We are full steam ahead.
